User Agreement to Auction Whether assuming the role of Seller or Bidder, in order to induce All-Together Net (All-Together Networking) to enter into an Auction Agreement with the User, I/we have described my/our current financial, and bankruptcy status [if any] and all other matters which may affect my/our ability to sell, and I/we certify that all information presented herein as well as any attachments are true and correct. I/we shall be in compliance with any local/state laws regarding business transfer of ownership and/or commercial real estate laws and rental agreements thereof. I/we understand that submission of this information does not create a contract between me/us and All-Together Net or its employees, investors, assigns, agents, or representatives to provide service to me/us. I/we therefore agree that if any of the information provided in this Agreement to enter the Auction is untrue or false, such information shall constitute misrepresentation by me/us, and if All-Together Net would not otherwise have approved this access I/we shall be liable to All-Together Net for all loses, damages and penalties or costs suffered by All-Together Net, or its employees, investors, assigns, agents or representatives. I/we further agree and state that All-Together Net informed me/us of the following fee of 10% of the agreed upon transaction or closing or selling price. This fee is separate of any Realtors, Broker, Investor and/or Finder’s commission and shall be paid in accordance to the Method of Payment section hereof. I/we agree that I/we may seek the advice of an attorney in this matter, and understand that All-Together Net is not a law firm or engaged in the practice of law, and I/we agree that any and all information offered by All-Together Net should not be deemed by me/us to be sufficient as legal advice. I/we agree that an attorney in addition may recommend action, or instead of the information provided by All-Together Net and agree that only advice offered by an attorney is sufficient to be legal advice. I/we agree that I/we bear sole responsibly for financial calculations made to Seller and Bidder to be true and hereby waive, release and/or hold All-Together Net harmless from any claim, legal action or demand made on the basis of consultation with All-Together Net or its employees, investors, assigns, agents, or representatives.
