Web Pricing

Hello, I'm Dominic Sgro, President of All-Together Net.
Unlike many Internet firms who do not list pricing on their sites, I believe that you should have a clear understanding of our fees, policies, work and billing procedures prior to contracting our services. We strive to offer rates that are slightly below average for work and service well above industry standards. I feel our up-front pricing policy helps clients make better decisions and accurate budgeting when considering web development.
Although the following table reflects "package pricing", each client has unique circumstances and this not only understood, it's expected. For this very reason, you'll find our wide scope of services far exceed our competitors in many ways.

Web Design, Hosting & Labor Rates

$900/basic package

The Basic Package: web and graphic design, e-mail forwarding, url registration, one 30 sec. audio spot, online shopping cart via secure server and one full year free hosting (first-time customers only, costs are subject to change February 2001).

$100/streaming audio**

**Streaming audio can be placed on your site for $100 per subject matter or per pre-recorded topics. Broadcast Audio (ie., News update, sports update...) is $1200. Custom recorded audio is also available at $100 per 30 sec. spots.

$125/hour design fee*

*A 4 hour minimum. This hourly rate reflects a "normal" or standard time table for work requested. We can accelerate your project's timetable for an additional charge of 20%-50% more per hour over our standard rates. Our Consultants can explain this option in consultation, since it is based on your specific project.

$300/annual hosting***

***Or $25/month for basic Hosting with HTML-Planet up to 50mb spacing. Larger more comprehensive hosting is always available.

Satellite Internet Service is quoted on a per job basis. We offer full fiber optic installation along with a 25 year warranty on the service and equipment. Billing can be set up for monthly, quarterly or annual billing with a three month deposit made at the time of signing.

On-site Fee varies by distance and method of travel.
Please note: On-site Consultation, Onsite Technical Service, Support & Training, Project Management, Technical Consultation / Research & Development fees are for non-sales related consultation such as web planning, strategy development, Internet research etc. Consultation by phone is free. For on-site sales consultation, in most cases, our methods are geared toward conducting business on the phone, an on-site consultation is rarely needed for us to work effectively with our clients. Travel expenses and accommodations are required in addition to our hourly fee (8 hour minimum). We appreciate your understanding.

Retainer System: For long-term or ongoing development processes (multi-phase projects, frequently updating sites, residual weekly, monthly or quarterly payments, etc.) I suggest using our retainer system. Upon retention of our services, a retainer is due, with the amount being based on the size of the account, to cover a portion of the anticipated fees and expenses. With a retainer in place, we can commence work at any time and on any project you need, without having to wait for a deposit check and individual project contract. For our client's protection, only authorized contact people in your organization can order work performed that will be billed against your retainer. Since there is less back and forth, contract writing and other logistics challenges, this system is very beneficial to you, our client. Submission of regular account statements will keep you informed of the balance of your retainer.

2.	Lease the equipment for a minimum period of 6 months and pay additional 50$ per month (after one year of subscription, the equipment will be yours)
